If your "Lender" is listed as America's Wholesale Lender a CORPORATION
organized and existing under the laws of New York ("AWL"), we want to be in
touch with you and collaborate with others fighting foreclsoure against this
company that did not exist at the time. Bank of America et al, would
have you believe that AWL was merely a fictitious name (d/b/a) for
Countrywide Home Loans at the time. Indeed, Countrywide did have
d/b/as all over the Country in that name but NOT as a NY Corporation, which
has yet to be adequately litigated. |
